Missing BSNL 2G data plans

Once again BSNL has revised the Data plans and now the 2G data plans are missing i.e they have only 3G data plans which is applicable for all 2G and 3G subscribers and there is no capping in speed in 3G bandwidth. This is good for 3G subscribers but seems not to be good for 2G subcribers who use internet in 2G mobile handsets or in some areas bsnl has no 3G network there this plans is so much costly. BSNL has also introduced new 3G/2G data plans for daily, weekly or monthly basis but these plans are too costly. 

"In short you can say you have to pay same price whether you are using 2G or 3G data plans." They say this uniform 2G/3G data plans. These plans are working from 15 Aug 2013.  You can see all the data and other plans on the bsnl official website http://bsnl.co.in under Mobile section.

Get a good speed in Aircel after 200 MB in free Morning 3G

In the previous post I wrote about the Aircel free Morning 3G Internet and after 200 MB speed gets capped at 128 kbps but it was giving only 1-2 Kbps. Now I got an Idea by which you can get 15-20 kbps after 200 MB fair usage policy.

Generally we connect through dial up connection on Modem or Data Cards but Huwaei company data cards have an other option Mobile Broadband. If you have a Huwaei Company Modem or any other modem in which there is an option for Mobile Broadband then Connect through using Mobile Broadband you will notice the increased speed.

This is due to changed IPv4 Subnet Mask address [Image Attached]. Sometimes you may get No Network Access or No Internet Access then wait for some time if problem still persists then restart your Computer.

BSNL SelfCare Service

Now BSNL is giving SelfCare Service for it's Prepaid Mobile Customers. By which you can see current plan , activate new plans etc. Just enter your mobile number you will get a password on your mobile then use your mobile no. and password to login selfcare service.

Aircel free 3G Morning Internet

I think you all know that now a days Aircel is giving free 3G Internet in Morning Time (6:00am to 9:00am). You will have to activate 3G on your Aircel No. by Sending the message START 3G to 121. After that dial *122*456# to activate the free 3G morning Internet. 

It will be for one month from the date of activation. There is a fair usage policy by which you can download/surf 200 MB at 3.6 Mbps after that the speed will be capped to 32 kbps. For activation you must have some main balance on your Aircel No.

Today I used the free 3G morning Internet. In the initial when I made connection the speed was quite good it was touching near about or more than 1Mbps. after 5-10 min the speed was capped to 260 Kbps. As soon as I completed 200 MB limit speed was fully capped and was running 1Kbps-2Kbps.
