How to repair Boot Grub in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

When we increase or decrease the partition size using the partition manager the boot grub is affected if we have Ubuntu and Windows both in our system.Then after restart system doesn't start because of failure of boot grub.

We can repair Boot Grub by following procedure.

>Boot your computer on a Ubuntu live-CD or live-USB.
>Choose "Try Ubuntu"
>Connect Internet
>Open a new Terminal, then type:

•  sudo add-apt-repository ppa:yannubuntu/boot-repair && sudo apt-get update

>Press Enter.

>Then type:

• sudo apt-get install boot-repair

After Installation Close the Terminal and Open Boot Repair , You will see the following window

then Choose Recommended repair. It will repair automatically.
